AAC (AERATED AUTOCLAVED CONCRETE Blocks & Panels)
These products can be replaced with all brick walls with cement finishing. It is a building material that combines lightweight with high strength and provides a number of advantages over alternative building materials through superior properties such as thermal insulation, acoustic dampening and fire resistance. It is manufactured from cement, lime and sand.
The proportions, forms and/or sizes of autoclaved aerated concrete can be adjusted during the production processes to conform to customers’ requirement. Customers can order various widths, lengths and/or thicknesses in order to use to construct the buildings and any residential houses, factories, hotels, hospitals, government buildings and/or basic public utility projects. Product dimensions are as the followings;

Blocks 
Standard sizes are 30x60 and 20x60 cm. The thickness is range from 7.5 – 30 cm . (the thickness can be increased every 0.5 mm.)

Reinforced lintels
Standard heights are 20 and 30 cm. and the longest length that can be manufactured is 3.6 m. ( 5.00 m. for the 2nd plant ). The thickness is range from 10 – 30 cm . (the thickness can be increased every 0.5 mm.)

 

Panels
Standard size is 60 cm in width and the longest length that can be manufactured is 3.6 m ( 5.00 m. for the 2nd plant ). The thickness is range from 10 – 30 cm . (the thickness can be increased every 0.5 mm.)

 

Reinforced floor panels
Standard size is 60 cm in width and the longest length that can be manufactured is 3.6 m ( 5.00 m. for the 2nd plant ). The thickness is range from 12.5 – 30 cm (the thickness can be increased every 0.5 mm.)

 

Reinforced roof panels
Standard size is 60 cm in width and the longest length that can be manufactured is 3.6 m ( 5.00 m. for the 2nd plant ). The thickness is range from 12.5 – 30 cm (the thickness can be increased every 0.5 mm.)
