VENEERS

We have our own sawn mill, veneer sawn mill and some other equipment to fulfill your inquiry for Veneers from our factories in Indonesia and Russia.

​

We also manufacture sliced veneer of very high quality going to Europe and other countries. The equipment we use in production allows us to produce good-quality sliced veneer in 0.6 – 1.5 mm thick. Raw materials processing, cutting and sorting of ready sliced veneer are done as per customers' requirements.

Veneers from our Indonesia factory
Type of Wood: Sonokeling (Indonesian Rosewood/Palisander/Dalbergia Latifolia), Macassar Ebony, Merbau, Mahogany, Teak, Amara,Mindi, Red Meranti, Nyatoh, Sungkai, Buarao.

Veneers from our Russia factory
Type of Wood: Oak, Beech, Ash, Lime tree, Alder, Pine, Cherry, Pear tree, Nutwood, Elm, Poplar, Maple.

Specifications:

  • The main part of the whip

  • Fresh cutting down

  • Without outer defects (cracks, outgrowths etc.) and knots

  • Curvature is not supposed, only in cases if the equal part or equal parts of a log have sufficient length for processing (long 2.50m long)

Sizes:
Diameter: 36cm and more, 2.4-3.2m long. 

​

Allowance in length: +0.20m

 

Measurement:

  • Diameter: the minimum diameter from the thin end without a bark, steps in 1cm

  • Length: steps in 10cm, (2.50; 2.60; 2.70 etc)

  • Volume: by piece, in cubic meter, according to the table for round wood
